Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance Contracts are essential in order to ensure the safety features are functioning correctly and to prevent
in-service failures that could cause major disruption to
day-to-day operations at the site where the automation's are installed.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
A typical maintenance contract includes:
• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual maintenance contracts appropriate for your gate system use and ambient conditions.
• Adjusting the operator limits and chain tension.
• Checking gate hardware, brackets, springs, wheels, and lubricating all systems as appropriate and touching-up paint as necessary.
•Checking proper working of all safety systems, reversing edges, loops, photo eyes, probes, and adjusting as necessary.

BRONZE
Includes:
• 1 x full service on your system including a full safety check and advice on any malfunction system may have at this time.
• The cost of all labour and consumables required to carry out the service and safety checks.
• A full inspection of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of the service.


SILVER
Includes:
• 2 x full service on your system including a full safety check and advice on any malfunction system may have at this time.
• The cost of all labour and consumables required to carry out the service and safety checks.
• A full inspection of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of the service.
• Call out for breakdown, including labour for any repair work required.
• A substantial 5% discount on any parts required to repair the system within the period of the contract.


GOLD
Includes:
• 3 x full service on your system including a full safety check and advice on any malfunction the system may have at this time.
• The cost of all labour and consumables required to carry out the service and safety checks.
• A full inspection of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of the service.
• Call out for breakdown, including labour for any repair work required.
• A substantial 10% discount on any parts required to repair the system within the period of the contract.


PLATINUM
Includes:
• 4 x full services on your system including a full safety check and advice on any malfunction the system may have at this time.
• The cost of all labour and consumables required to carry out the service and safety checks.
• A full inspection of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of the service.
• Call out for breakdown, including labour for any repair work required.
• A substantial 20% discount on any parts required to repair the system within the period of the contract.


NON-PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
Includes:
• This is not a cost-effective method of maintaining your automatic access systems and is not advised.
• This option can only be carried out on a time and material basis following confirmation of system breakdown from the system user.
