Orders.
Orders are placed either by electronic email or on www.eazy.es.
Receipt of electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of an order or confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right anytime after the receipt of an order to accept or decline the order for any reason.

All orders are dispatched only upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping address must be verified including full postal code prior to dispatch. A signature will be required for all goods as proof of delivery.

Prices.
Subject to change without notice.

Delivery.
All items will be dispatched by an International Courier on receipt of full payment.
The normal delivery time is between 7 and 10 days.

Damaged Items.
All products will be checked prior to dispatch.

If packaging is damaged on delivery please advise EAZY® within 24 hours by email:- info@eazy.es

If contents are damaged or items missing, arrangement will be made to replace/refund on return of products. Contact EAZY® within 30 days of delivery by email:- info@eazy.es to make the necessary arrangement.

Returns.
If the product received does not meet customer requirements, EAZY® will provide a credit note less 15% restocking fee when the goods are returned to EAZY® within 30 days in the original packaging. All courier costs will be paid for by the customer and not EAZY®.

Warranty.
Includes all parts, as laid out by manufacturers warranty, for 2 years.

Privacy Information Collected.
The information provided by the customer is not passed on to any other organisation nor distributed to outside agencies. The information will only be used by EAZY® to notify customers of changes, sales and specials via email.

Payment Terms.
All orders are dispatched only upon receipt of full payment.

Methods of payment: PAYPAL, credit card through PAYPAL or cash on collection.
No cash on delivery (COD) available. Cash can be paid if arrangements are made to collect goods direct from EAZY®.
All prices are in EUROS only and include IVA.
