Automation for spring counterweight balanced-doors that can be suitable for any kind of door with a surface up to 12 sqm. The installation is easy thanks to the small transverse size of the motor and of the levers. The installation does not required to be welded. In case of power cut, the release can be operated from inside with a lever or from outside with the release set supplied with the operator.  Central or lateral application.

Gear Motor for Rolling Shutters. The installation is easy and fast on either new or pre-existing rolling shutters. The gear motor can be used with any kind of rolling shutter with balancing springs. Easy technology and high quality materials ensure reliability of the gear motor. In case of power failure the complete reversibility of the system allows manual opening of the roller shutter. Electro-brake available and highly recommended. In case of emergency, manual release can be activated directly either by a lever to be put inside the building, or by a personalized key switch, to be put outside.

 To operate the rolling shutter by a key or by push button, you need to be present near the system and keep the key turned or the button pressed until the shutter is completely open or completely closed. It is possible to operate the system through remote control, using an electronic control panel.
